Plans and pricing

One free video a month.Then €9, €19 or €49.

Video To Reel has four tiers: a free video every calendar month, and three paid plans sold through Google Play and the App Store. No card is needed for the free one, nothing converts to a subscription by itself, and you cancel where you bought it — never through us. Here are the exact numbers for each tier.

The plans

What does each plan cost and include?

Every account gets one free video a calendar month, returned as 3 clips with a small watermark, from an upload of up to 15 minutes. Starter is €9 a month on Google Play and $9.99 on the App Store with 150 source minutes; Creator is €19 or $19.99 with 500 minutes and uploads up to 2 hours; Studio is €49 or $49.99 with 1,500 minutes and uploads up to 3 hours. Paid clips carry no watermark and every paid plan returns up to 10 clips per video. Annual plans come with at least two months free. The store shows the exact price for your country before you buy.

Minutes are counted on the length of the file you upload, never on the number of clips that come back and never on file size. A render that fails refunds the minutes it reserved automatically, and a failed free video does not use up your month.

Which one

Which plan fits how often you post?

Free, then Starter

Most people who are posting a few times a week fit on Starter: 150 source minutes covers roughly three hour-long uploads a month, and the clips come back without a watermark. Start free and upgrade when the month's free video is spent.

Creator

For weekly shows and podcasters: 500 minutes a month and uploads up to 2 hours, so a full episode goes in as one file and comes back as up to 10 clips.

Studio

For agencies and heavy schedules: 1,500 minutes a month and uploads up to 3 hours. It is also the only tier where a single upload can carry a three-hour panel or webinar.

Billing and cancelling

How do I buy, and how do I cancel?

Paid plans are subscriptions sold through Google Play and the App Store, which handle the charge, your local currency and the receipt. Pick the plan in the app, confirm in the store sheet, and the entitlement unlocks as soon as the store confirms. To cancel, open Subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store — the two places your purchase exists — and turn it off there; Video To Reel cannot cancel it for you and never charges you directly. Your plan stays active until the period you paid for runs out, and your clips stay in the app for the rest of their 30-day window. The account itself is deleted under Account then Delete account in the app, or on the web at videotoreel.com/delete-account/.

Is there a free plan, or only a trial?

It is a real free tier, not a trial: one video a calendar month, returned as 3 clips with a small watermark, from an upload of up to 15 minutes. It comes back every month, no card is required, and nothing converts to a paid plan by itself.

Why are there two prices, euro and dollar?

Google Play prices in euros and the App Store in dollars, so both numbers are the same subscription. The store sheet shows the exact price in your country's currency and tax treatment before you buy.

Do annual plans cost less?

Yes — on every tier an annual plan works out to at least two months free against paying monthly.

Does a failed render cost me minutes?

No. When a job fails the minutes it reserved are refunded automatically, and on the free plan the failed video does not count as your video for the month.
